In a bo1 match where there is no room for errors, Ence doesn’t stand a chance against Spirit. Ence’s current roster is relatively new, and although they had some good matches in Katowice, there were also some really poor performances. The best choice would be to bet on Spirit with a clear handicap in this opening match.

Apeks and OG are starting their qualifiers with this match. Apeks is heavily favored and it’s partly deserved, so it’s likely that they will eventually win the match. But when Apeks is played as a big favorite, it opens up a good betting option for over 21.5 rounds. OG is coming into these qualifiers after a four-week break and they have prepared well for this and have been able to change their playstyle on multiple maps, which makes OG dangerous in this first match. It’s almost impossible for Apeks to prepare specifically for this OG match. That’s why the match will be a tight battle that could even go into overtime. Additionally, it’s important to remember that Apeks is not among the top teams, so OG has their chances in this opening match.

Preasy vs Heroic

Two Danish organizations are facing each other, Heroic against Preasy. Heroic has been played as too clear of a favorite. Heroic’s lineup is still in the building phase, although they have potential, they still make a lot of mistakes. Preasy has been performing well in tier 2 matches and is currently on a four-game winning streak. They have three players at a tier 1 level: dupreeh, refrezh, and roeJ. Preasy has been grinding out matches in the past few months, which gives them a strong map pool and good control over most maps. Heroic shouldn’t be too heavily favored, so a good betting option is over 21.5 rounds. The match is expected to be a tight battle.
